KATSEYE Designs Six Personalized Gap Hoodies for Coachella Debut, Each Honors Member's Heritage
KATSEYE is dropping an exclusive six-piece Gap hoodie collection on April 14, with each member reimagining the brand's iconic Arch Logo Hoodie through their own creative lens. Launching ahead of the group's first Coachella performance, the designs weave in flags representing members' cultural backgrounds, from Daniela's Cuba and Venezuela to Yoonchae's South Korea.

KATSEYE is releasing six limited-edition Gap hoodies on April 14 at 9AM PST (12PM EST), exclusively on Complex and the Complex App, with each design personally created by one of the six members. The launch celebrates the group's historic first performance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and marks the second collaborative capsule between the K-pop group and the American fashion staple.

Each hoodie reimagines Gap's VintageSoft Arch Logo Hoodie in a cropped or oversized fit, and the standout detail lies in the personalization: every member wove flags representing their cultural heritage into the sleeve hems. Daniela's design features a green camo exterior with cheetah-print interior and flags of Cuba, Venezuela, and the USA. Lara's washed black hoodie includes silver glitter on the arch logo and flags of India and the USA. Manon layered gold stitching with flags of Ghana, Italy, and Switzerland. Megan opted for a patchwork arch logo with lace-up sleeve details and flags of China, Singapore, and the USA. Sophia's monochrome zip hoodie sports rhinestones and a Philippine flag. Yoonchae's heather grey zip features a leopard print logo, a custom graphic on the back, and the South Korean flag.

"From the beginning, collaborating with Gap has been about expressing who we are, so coming back to design these hoodies felt like a natural next step," KATSEYE shared in a statement. "Style has always been a big part of our identity, especially coming from such different backgrounds, taking something as classic as the Gap logo hoodie and adding our own personal touches to make it feel completely ours to share with the world."

The collection builds on the success of KATSEYE's previous Gap collaboration, the Better in Denim campaign, which spawned a sold-out hoodie drop. Fabiola Torres, Chief Marketing Officer for Gap, noted that the new partnership reflects the group's growing global influence. "Inviting KATSEYE to make Gap's iconic Arch Logo Hoodie their own is the ultimate form of self-expression," she said.

All six styles retail for $100 and are available in sizes XXS to XXL. The collection launches exclusively on Complex.com and the Complex App on Thursday, April 14.
