A post on the Korean community theqoo lists ten traits of a man who "seems perfectly ordinary yet is hard to find," and commenters were quick to question whether the list describes anything ordinary at all. The thread fits a long-running pattern in Korean online forums, where checklists of ideal partner traits are posted mainly to be picked apart.

The ten items, as posted: exercises regularly; does not smoke or drink; has no belly fat; is 175 cm or taller; has no tattoos; has had no plastic surgery; does not use social media; does not play video games; has no interest in luxury brands; and has never lost money on stocks, cryptocurrency or similar investments.

The list mixes physical traits, lifestyle habits and financial history. Several items, such as height and body shape, are fixed or hard to change, while others, like skipping social media or video games, are choices that many people in their twenties and thirties would find unusual. The replies mostly turned on that gap between the word "ordinary" and the actual standard.
