TWICE's 'CHEER UP' has crossed 600 million YouTube views, JYP Entertainment confirmed on June 20, making it the group's fifth music video to reach that milestone. TWICE's 'CHEER UP' just crossed 600 million YouTube views, and the company that needed to announce it was JYP Entertainment, which tells you everything about where the group still sits in the K-pop conversation nine years after that song dropped.

JYP confirmed the milestone on June 20. 'CHEER UP' was the title track off TWICE's second mini-album, released in April 2016, a bright, upbeat dance track that became one of their signature early hits and, clearly, never really went away.

With this, TWICE now holds five music videos past the 600 million view mark on YouTube. The full list: TT, What Is Love?, LIKEY, FANCY, and now CHEER UP. That's not a streak, that's a catalog. Most groups would headline a decade off one of those.

The timing lands in the middle of what has been TWICE's biggest touring run yet. Their world tour THIS IS FOR kicked off in Incheon in July 2025 and stretched across 44 regions, 81 shows, and a full year of global dates. In North America alone, they drew 550,000 attendees, a new audience record for a K-pop girl group.

The tour closes out next month with a three-night finale at KSPO Dome in Seoul's Olympic Park, scheduled for July 10–12. All three nights are sold out.

A 600M view milestone on a decade-old b-list single would be a footnote for most acts. For TWICE, it's just Tuesday.
