ATEEZ Tease "Drip" With a Mass-Dancer Teaser Two Days Before Release

ATEEZ filled the frame with a crowd of backup dancers in the music video teaser for "Drip," released at 1 p.m. KST on the 21st, and it comes with the first few seconds of the song itself. The track is the pre-release single from the group's 15th mini album, GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6.

The teaser moves between several locations, cutting from one set to the next as the members drive through sharp, precisely timed choreography. The large-scale group dance is the centerpiece: the members move in lockstep with a sizable dancer ensemble, and the staging leans into a mix of the real and the unreal. The groove is rhythmic and the movements are crisp, with a driving beat underneath that makes even a short clip feel like a preview of a full performance piece.

That audio snippet is the real news for fans, since it is the first public taste of the song's sound. Beyond the beat, KQ Entertainment has not shared much, so how "Drip" develops will have to wait for the full video.

Coming off a record run

Expectations are high because of how the last chapter ended. GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5, released in June, gave ATEEZ their third No. 1 on the Billboard 200. At home it sold more than 1.88 million copies in its first week, the group's own career best. Its title track "BAD" also picked up an additional music show win after promotions had wrapped.

The next stretch is already mapped out too. ATEEZ begin the world tour ZERO TO ALL in January with a show in Incheon, then continue through Japan, Europe, North America and South America.
