The teaser image alone has MEOVV fans paying close attention: five members in crop tops and sharp boots, jackets thrown over the look, and an album cover featuring a taut metal chain pulled to the edge of snapping. The Black Label unveiled these visuals on October 1 and 2, confirming that MEOVV's new single GO HARD arrives on October 12 at 6 p.m. KST across major streaming platforms.

It is the group's first release in roughly four months, and given how BITE NOW landed in June, expectations are set high. That second EP sold over 300,000 copies in its opening week, and the music video for title track DDI RO RI hit number one on YouTube's worldwide trending chart. The Hit 'Em performance also became a talking point on its own, the kind of stage moment that circulates well past a promotional cycle.

What the teasers signal

Two rounds of teaser content have now dropped, and together they sketch out a GO HARD concept that leans harder into individual identity than BITE NOW did. The first set of images played up the group's free, hip-leaning aesthetic through styling: sporty tops, sleek boots, oversized jackets. The second, released on the 2nd, shifted to video. It shows all five members, Suin, Gawon, Anna, Narin, and Ella, listening intently to a ringing phone receiver while a narration runs through each member's distinct mood, putting the group's five-way contrast front and center.

The album cover image does the rest of the atmospheric work. A chain stretched near its breaking point is a deliberate contrast to the polished girl-crush energy MEOVV has built over two years, hinting at something more visceral in the music itself.

MEOVV, signed to The Black Label (the label co-founded by BIGBANG's Teddy), marked two years as a group last month. In that time the five-member act has moved through two mini-albums and two single albums, widening their sonic range with each project. GO HARD looks like the next deliberate step in that direction, and October 12 is not far off.
