TVXQ's Yunho Told a Paying Fan to Leave Bubble After a Two-Month Silence
A July Bubble exchange between TVXQ's Yunho and a fan resurfaced around the 17th. His reply: "Please don't provoke unnecessarily." Fans are split, and Lee Kwang-soo comparisons followed.

TVXQ's Yunho (Jung Yun-ho) told a fan on the paid platform Bubble, "Those who lack respect, please leave," after she complained he had been gone for about two months. The exchange is from July, but it spread across online communities and social media around the 17th and reignited the argument over what a subscription actually buys.

The fan had said she was disappointed by how rarely he showed up. Yunho's first reply: "It's okay if you don't understand. I've come here as much as I possibly can, and I'm sorry I couldn't satisfy you, but this is the best I can do. Please don't provoke unnecessarily."

The fan didn't back down. Her argument was that Bubble is a paid service and part of an idol's job, so even one visit a month would have kept anger from piling up. She noted his last appearance before that was in early May. She also said she was startled that he singled out her account, and that being told not to provoke him over a "busy" excuse left her worn out after decades of fandom. Her bluntest line: if he found the app too hard, he shouldn't come at all, and fans simply wouldn't subscribe.

Yunho escalated. He told her not to talk that way, that anyone who spoke so provocatively didn't need to come, and that he respected hurt feelings but this was not mutual respect. "Please leave if you lack respect," he added, and ended with a call to stop.

A fanbase split down the middle
Reaction divided. Some argued paying subscribers are entitled to feel shortchanged and that naming a fan's account was too harsh. Others said complaints should still be respectful and sided with him.

One defender conceded he isn't a frequent visitor but said that when he does show up, he stays about an hour. The same commenter pointed to hour-long Instagram lives, diligent comment replies on Weverse and a steady stream of behind-the-scenes content. They added that he had a lot on his plate when a handball venue occupation put a concert in doubt, and that he apologized afterward. Another fan said he has since apologized for the exchange and now visits Bubble more often.
The row got a second wind from a comparison. Actor Lee Kwang-soo opened a Bubble on the 1st and fired off message after message, which made Yunho's cadence look thinner by contrast. One post summed it up as Lee sending dozens a day while Yunho returns after two months to square off with a fan.
The apology matters here. The clip may be months old, but the question it raises is current: how much contact does a paid chat owe?
