BOYNEXTDOOR's World Tour Hits Japan: 6 Cities, a New Single, and Two Already Sold Out

BOYNEXTDOOR took the stage at K-Arena Yokohama in Kanagawa on August 21, opening the Japan chapter of their first-ever world tour. The run at the Kanagawa venue continues through the 23rd, and it marks the first time fans in Japan will hear 'Boom Boom Boom' performed live.

The new Japanese digital single dropped on the 18th and has already found its footing on the charts: No. 5 on the Oricon Daily Digital Singles Ranking and No. 6 on Line Music's Real-Time Song Top 100. For a group still building their Japan footprint, those are confident numbers, and the tour gives the song an immediate live context that streaming alone can't deliver.

After Kanagawa, BOYNEXTDOOR will travel through six cities: Saga, Osaka, Miyagi, Nagano, and Chiba. Both the Osaka and Chiba dates have already sold out, which says something about how quickly the group's Japanese fanbase has grown since their debut.

The Japan run is part of a larger world tour that launched from Seoul and will extend into North America and major cities across Asia. The group shared a statement through their label KOZ Entertainment (HIVE): 'We're happy to show a more grown version of ourselves. We'll breathe together with our fans and make the most of every stop on this tour.'

For BOYNEXTDOOR, this tour feels like a genuine milestone. The group has been steadily building momentum since their 2023 debut, and the scale of this first world run, multiple continents, sold-out venues, a fresh single rolling out in real time, reflects how far that momentum has carried them.
