Weverse Con Festival India to Feature Top K-Pop and Local Artists

HYBE's first overseas hosting of the Weverse Con Festival will take place in New Delhi, India, on March 27-28, 2027. This marks a milestone as the festival, which launched in 2023, will be held outside Korea for the very first time.

The festival aims to merge K-Pop and local Indian music, promising an exciting cultural exchange for fans. HYBE described the event as a gathering where K-Pop and Indian music unite, showcasing top-tier K-Pop artists alongside celebrated local musicians. Fans can expect a diverse lineup performing across two exhilarating days.

In addition to the performances, there's a plan for fan engagement activities and K-Pop cultural experiences. This initiative extends HYBE's commitment to fostering connections within India's vibrant music scene following the establishment of its Indian subsidiary, HYBE India, last year. The company has organized auditions and fan events in 23 cities so far.

HYBE emphasized that Weverse Con India will reflect its "Multi-home, Multi-genre" strategy, aiming for a seamless fusion of cultures. The festival not only supports K-Pop's expansion but also recognizes the dedication of Indian fans who have shown significant support for their artists. An impressive artist lineup is set to be revealed later this month, and the continued success of the annual domestic festival will not be diminished by this international expansion.
