Why Billlie's TSUKI Won't Appear at the National Korea Transport University Festival

Billlie member TSUKI will not take the stage at Korea National University of Transportation's annual festival, WE : FLASH, after her agency pulled her from the schedule on health grounds.

Mystic Story announced the news through Billlie's official fan platform on the 30th, confirming that TSUKI would miss the day's planned performance. The agency gave no specific diagnosis and did not indicate whether additional upcoming schedules would be affected.

"TSUKI will be focusing on sufficient rest and recovery," the agency said in its statement, adding that it would do everything possible to help her return to health quickly. It also asked fans for patience, noting that the late notice was unavoidable: "We ask for your generous understanding and warm support."

TSUKI, born in 2002, became a public face when Billlie debuted in 2021 under Mystic Story. The group released its first full-length album, The Collective Soul and Unconscious: Chapter 2, in May, a record the members described as channeling fierce confidence and an unshakeable sense of self.

The ceiling here is still high for Billlie: a debut full-length album in May suggests the group is moving into a more sustained promotional phase, and keeping TSUKI healthy through it matters more than any single festival slot. Expect the agency to be conservative about her return timeline until a full recovery is confirmed.
