BTS's RM posted on Weverse from Lima with a message fans probably weren't expecting alongside the tour excitement: stop camping outside the hotel, or the shows will suffer.

Writing on the 8th, RM said he was thrilled to be in Peru for the first time in his life. Then came the ask. "The members and staff are struggling a lot because people stay in front of our hotel all day," he wrote. "It's so loud that it reaches our rooms and none of us can sleep properly."

He also flagged the collateral damage. The noise isn't just a BTS problem, other guests at the hotel are being disturbed too. "We are causing a lot of trouble," RM said, a candid admission that the fan behavior is landing on people who have nothing to do with the tour.

What he actually asked for

The core of his message was a direct, no-ambiguity request: please don't do this in Chile, Brazil, Argentina, or any of the Asian countries still ahead on the schedule. Not just Lima. Everywhere.

"If we can't get enough rest and sleep, it affects the performance we share with you," RM wrote, which is about as concrete a consequence as you can put in a fan plea. He closed by invoking ARMY directly, saying he believed the "coolest fans in the world" would understand, and asking that they build a more mature, mutually proud relationship.

What's left on the ARIRANG tour

BTS is currently working through the Latin America leg of their world tour, ARIRANG. The Lima dates at Estadio San Marcos ran from the 7th through the 10th. After Peru, the group heads to Santiago, Chile from the 14th to the 17th, then Buenos Aires, Argentina from the 21st to the 24th, wrapping the Latin America run in São Paulo, Brazil from the 28th to the 31st.

The stakes are higher than a typical tour stretch. Colombia, Peru, and Argentina are all countries where BTS is performing as a complete group for the first time. Getting through those dates without sleep deprivation is, by RM's own account, non-negotiable.
