KBS 2TV's weekend drama Prescription for Love wrapped up its season with a commendable 15.3% viewership rating, marking a triumphant conclusion. According to Nielsen Korea, the final episode aired on July 19 and captured audiences nationwide, showcasing the culmination of a decades-long family feud.

The finale focused on the transformation of the Gong and Yang families, who resolved their 30-year-old grudge, ultimately reuniting as one family. The character Yang Seon-chul, played by Joo Jin-mo, battled acute leukemia but made a miraculous recovery, returning to his traditional medicine clinic thanks to the unwavering love and support from both families.

The heartwarming wedding of the leads, Yang Hyun-bin (Park Gi-woong) and Gong Joo-a (Jin Se-yeon), alongside the happiness of both families, provided viewers with a moving end to their journey.

This series debuted in January, reuniting Park Gi-woong and Jin Se-yeon 14 years after Gaksital, which added to the show's appeal.
