aespa Makes History at Gocheok Sky Dome, Kicking Off Their Fourth World Tour

aespa stepped into Gocheok Sky Dome on July 7, becoming only the second K-pop girl group in history to perform at the iconic Seoul venue, after BLACKPINK. The two-night run at the dome marks the opening of their fourth world tour, 2026-27 aespa LIVE TOUR – SYNK: COMPLaeXITY.

The show is built around the group's second studio album LEMONADE and the new chapter of lore it introduced. SM Entertainment structured the concert into five distinct sections, each anchored by the keyword "CRACK" (균열, meaning fracture or fissure), with a different concept and visual direction per section. The idea, according to SM, is that audiences can follow hidden clues embedded throughout the staging to piece together the evolving aespa universe, giving the show a layer of narrative depth beyond the performance itself.

For fans who couldn't get a seat inside the dome, the July 7 show is being broadcast simultaneously to 146 theaters across 11 regions, including Korea. The second night on the 8th goes global via Beyond LIVE and Weverse for fans watching at home anywhere in the world.

From Seoul, the tour expands across North America, South America, and Europe, hitting a total of 25 cities. For a group that launched in 2020 and has steadily grown its live footprint with each cycle, landing at Gocheok Sky Dome this early in their career puts them in genuinely rare company.
