Kim Go-eun, Lee Min-ho, and Shin Min-a Are Heading to BIFF 2026's Actor's House

Six of Korean cinema and television's most recognizable faces will take the Actor's House stage at this year's Busan International Film Festival, the BIFF secretariat announced on the 27th. Kim Go-eun, Kim Min-ha, Ryu Seung-ryong, Shin Min-a, Lee Min-ho, and Joo Ji-hoon are all confirmed for the 31st edition of the festival, which opens on October 6.

Actor's House is one of the festival's most fan-friendly programs: a talk-show format where invited actors revisit their filmographies and share the behind-the-scenes stories and personal philosophies that rarely surface in standard press rounds. It was introduced in 2021 and has quietly become one of BIFF's most sought-after ticketed events. This year's lineup of six guests marks a notable step up from last year, when the program hosted four actors.

The breadth of this year's roster is genuinely exciting. Kim Go-eun and Shin Min-a bring strong drama fandoms, Lee Min-ho carries a global following built across more than a decade of hits, and Ryu Seung-ryong and Joo Ji-hoon both have rich enough filmographies that any deep-dive conversation could go several directions. Kim Min-ha, whose profile has risen sharply in recent years, rounds out a group that covers a wide range of generations and genres.

Tickets will be open to the general public through advance booking. Details on how to reserve seats will be posted on the official BIFF website at www.biff.kr closer to the festival.
