BIGBANG Fans Are Uneasy After Kim Siwon Attended the 20th Anniversary Concert
Former GLAM member Kim Siwon, convicted in 2014 for attempting to extort actor Lee Byung-hun out of 5 billion won using secretly recorded footage, has resurfaced at BIGBANG's 20th anniversary concert in Goyang. Her social media post from the event drew a swift and wary response from fans.

Kim Siwon showed up at BIGBANG's 20th anniversary concert, posted photos with a fan panel that read "BIGANG IS BACK," and the comments section did exactly what you'd expect.
Siwon, who debuted in 2012 as Dahee, a member of the girl group GLAM, shared the photos on her social media with the caption "BIGBANG ya~ho ♥ (wrecked my voice, gonna be sick for a few days...) bigbang. 20th anniversary. BIGBANG concert. BIGBANG." She attended bare-faced, panel in hand, looking every bit the devoted fan.

BIGBANG held their 2026-2027 World Tour XX: Cosmos in Goyang at Goyang Stadium in Ilsan from the 21st to the 23rd, the first major homecoming run of their reunion era. Kim Siwon was in the audience for at least one night.
Why fans clocked it
The discomfort in the comments was immediate. Some BIGBANG fans left warnings like "BIGBANG, be careful" and "unnis, watch out for this woman," while others noted they almost didn't recognize her because she changed her stage name from Dahee to Kim Siwon after the scandal. Not everyone was hostile: a portion of commenters pushed back, arguing that anyone can enjoy BIGBANG and that she's clearly been a fan for years.
The reason for the tension goes back to 2014. Kim Siwon and model accomplice secretly recorded a private video while drinking with actor Lee Byung-hun, then threatened to release the footage online unless he paid 5 billion won (roughly $3.6 million USD at the time). Lee Byung-hun filed a criminal complaint. Kim Siwon was convicted and received a one-year prison sentence at trial, then successfully appealed to a suspended sentence of one year with two years of probation.

Life after the conviction
After the case, she rebranded entirely. She dropped the stage name Dahee, pivoted to streaming on AfreecaTV (now rebranded as SOOP), and built a substantial following as a BJ. In 2023 alone, she reportedly earned around 2.4 billion won from the platform. Then, in 2024, she announced her retirement from streaming with a post saying she wanted to leave and would not be coming back.
The BIGBANG concert photos are her most public appearance since. Whether this is just a fan night out or the start of something else, she didn't say. Fans are watching either way.
