Kwon Eunbi sat down for a candid conversation on the YouTube channel Yeongeopjung on the 10th, opening up about her dating preferences in a way that will probably surprise a few people: looks, she says, are not really her priority.

Asked about her ideal type, the singer and former IZ*ONE member was straightforward. "I don't really look at appearance as much as people might think," she said, explaining that the men she has dated have all felt completely different from one another. "They weren't similar at all. Though I will say very sharp, striking features can feel a little overwhelming to me."

The honesty landed well, partly because it came with a self-aware follow-up. Rather than listing traits on a checklist, Kwon Eunbi described her attraction as something that shifts depending on the person, which tracks with having exes who share no obvious common thread.

Her go-to flirting move

She also shared what she called her flirting strategy, and it is more psychological than overt. When she likes someone, she focuses her gaze on them while quietly thinking, "Aren't you curious about me?" It is a slow-burn approach: draw attention without giving too much away, and let the other person's curiosity do the work.

On the question of whether men and women can genuinely be just friends, Kwon Eunbi landed on a measured middle ground. "I do think friendship between men and women exists," she said, "but there has to be a line."

The appearance came across less as a promotional moment and more like a genuine conversation, the kind that tends to generate more engagement than a standard interview. Kwon Eunbi has built a reputation for being unusually candid in variety settings, and this latest clip adds another data point to that.
