LE SSERAFIM stepped into a milestone week with a performance slot most K-pop girl groups have never held: a spot at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, sharing a lineup with BTS, Cardi B, and Benson Boone. The five-member group (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae) took the T-Mobile Arena stage on the 19th, becoming the first K-pop girl group in the festival's history to perform at the annual event.

Their label, Source Music, confirmed the booking earlier in the week. In a statement released ahead of the performance, the group said they felt honored to be invited to a festival of this scale and framed it as a chance to show the world exactly what kind of team LE SSERAFIM is. "We want to give audiences a great performance," they added, also thanking their fanbase FEARNOT for making the moment possible. There's a quiet confidence in that phrasing, show the world what kind of team we are, that feels earned given where the group's numbers currently sit.

A strong week on the charts

The festival appearance landed in the middle of an already busy stretch. Their second single album title track Made My Night debuted on the UK Official Singles Download Chart at No. 68 and the UK Official Singles Sales Chart at No. 72 the same week, the highest positions logged by any K-pop girl group on those charts in that chart cycle. On Spotify, the track crossed 4.89 million streams in its first week and landed on the weekly top songs chart in five markets: South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

The music video, produced in collaboration with global game Overwatch, continued to perform seven days after release, holding positions in the daily top music video rankings across nine countries on YouTube. It's a cross-industry push that few acts at LE SSERAFIM's career stage manage to sustain simultaneously.

Beyond the festival stage

The iHeartRadio set is part of a wider run of global dates. The group's second world tour, PUREFLOW, kicked off in Los Angeles on the 16th, and they're back on Korean television on the 21st for SBS Inkigayo. In between LA rehearsals, Kim Chaewon posted a series of photos on Instagram on the 17th showing four members, Chaewon, Kazuha, Sakura, and Huh Yunjin, out on a morning run through LA streets, dressed in biker shorts and windbreakers. The clean blue sky and the group's clearly unbothered energy made the post look more like an editorial shoot than a pre-show warm-up.

The momentum extends into awards season as well. LE SSERAFIM is nominated in the Best K-Pop category at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, scheduled for the 27th, for SPAGHETTI (feat. j-hope of BTS). Add the SUMMER SONIC 2026 appearance in Japan and a growing footprint in gaming partnerships, and the group is building the kind of multi-sector presence that tends to translate into long-term mainstream recognition outside the K-pop lane. For FEARNOT, this week is less a peak than a marker of where things are heading.
