A French talk show host introduced LE SSERAFIM on the 22nd as the "new queens of K-pop," just days after BBC News described the group as one of the leading girl groups of their generation. The five members (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha and Hong Eunchae) are in the middle of their European tour, and the attention from major UK and French outlets has followed them from stop to stop.

On the 20th, BBC News posted an interview with the group to its official YouTube channel. It traced their path since debuting in 2022 and their musical growth, and the members talked about their hopes for the European tour. They also spoke about how they learned to understand one another as a team: after debut they worked at getting to know each other, accepting their differences and learning to live with them. Spending time laughing together and making memories on tour, they said, brings them closer still.

A Paris talk show stop

Two days later, LE SSERAFIM appeared on C à Vous, a flagship talk show on the French public broadcaster France 5 that covers politics, society and culture. The host's "new queens of K-pop" introduction set the tone. He then pointed to a musical message built around the five members' individuality, talent and confidence as the reason for their success.

The group answered in kind. "The process of sharing our music and message with so many people makes us happy," they said. "Especially on the world tour, meeting fans who love us from far away is grateful and special."

Reviews from the tour itself

The tour, 2026 LE SSERAFIM TOUR 'PUREFLOW' IN UK & EUROPE, opened on the 16th at London's O2 Arena. British music outlet United By Pop praised the show's powerful choreography, steady live vocals and the way the five members move and breathe together on stage.

It is a notable run of coverage for a group whose live stability and synchronized performance are central to their reputation. The European leg wraps on the 26th at Uber Arena in Berlin.
