Lee Sun-bin Joins Nexus ENM, Confirms Lead Role in 'Taste of Prison'

Lee Sun-bin has a new agency and a new film in the same breath. The actress signed an exclusive contract with Nexus ENM on the 29th, bringing her long-time personal manager along for the move.

Nexus ENM confirmed the deal with a short statement: "We are very pleased to welcome Lee Sun-bin. We will do our best as her management company to support her diverse and active work as an actress." Standard agency language, but the roster context makes the signing more interesting. Nexus ENM is an actor-focused management firm whose current lineup includes Song Ji-hyo, Sooyae, Jung Yu-jin, Lee Ho-won, Oh Kyung-hwa, Park Jung-hwa, and Hwang In-sik.

Lee Sun-bin has been a consistent presence across both film and television for years. Her screen credits include the films OK Madam, Mission Possible, Air Murder, and Noise, alongside a run of dramas: 38 Task Force, Criminal Minds, Sketch, Extracurricular Investigation, the Drinking City Women series, The Boy's Age, Potato Research Institute, and Fly Me to the Moon. She's rarely played the same type twice, which is probably why the casting offers keep coming.

The most immediate one: she's confirmed as the lead in the upcoming film Taste of Prison. No release date has been announced yet, but the casting news landing at the same time as the agency switch suggests the new management relationship is already moving.

On the personal side, Lee Sun-bin is currently in a publicly acknowledged relationship with actor Lee Kwang-soo.
