NewJeans' Coca-Cola ad song Zero has crossed 100 million Spotify streams, agency ADOR announced on the 29th. It's the group's 17th track to clear that mark, and it's a commercial.

As of the 27th, Zero stood at 100,012,208 plays. ADOR leaned into the ad angle: NewJeans proved its streaming power "not only with tracks on official albums but with advertising music too," the agency said.

Zero came out in April 2023 as part of the Coca-Cola "Coke Studio" collaboration project. It blends pop, R&B and Jersey club rhythms into something bright and polished. Across every song the group has released, total Spotify plays now top 8.2 billion.

Danielle posts Stay on the same day

The same day was also the fourth anniversary of the formation of the fan club Bunnies. Former member Danielle Marsh marked it by uploading a self-written song, Stay, to her YouTube channel that morning.

The video runs 1 minute 34 seconds. Danielle wears a headset, holds a microphone and sings a lyrical, slower number. According to the video's credits, she wrote both the words and the music herself.

The timing is hard to miss: a milestone announced by ADOR and a solo upload from a former member landed on the same date. Neither side has linked the two.
