BIGBANG Fan Catches Yang Hyun-suk Teaching His Daughter Dance Moves Mid-Concert
A short video circulating online caught YG Entertainment's Yang Hyun-suk at a BIGBANG concert, giving his daughter an impromptu choreography lesson mid-show. BABYMONSTER member Rora was also in the group, and the three ended up pulling off the routine in perfect sync.

A clip making the rounds on Korean online communities this week captured a quietly charming moment: Yang Hyun-suk, founder and executive producer of YG Entertainment, standing in the pit at a BIGBANG concert and tapping his daughter on the shoulder to fix her dance form.
The video, posted under the title "Yang Hyun-suk's daughter can't resist BIGBANG's choreography either," shows Yang, wearing a cap pulled low and a face mask, alongside his daughter in an oversized hoodie. BABYMONSTER member Rora was also in the standing area with them, watching the show.

The moment fans couldn't stop rewinding
When BIGBANG's Last Farewell came on, Yang's daughter started dancing along. Her version was a little rough around the edges, which is when Yang stepped in: he gave her a shoulder tap, raised both hands above his head, and walked her through the point choreography. Rora joined in almost immediately, and within seconds the three of them were hitting the move in unison, drawing smiles from everyone nearby.
It's a genuinely warm clip, and the context makes it funnier: this is the man who helped choreograph the culture that produced those moves in the first place, now passing them down like a family recipe.
Fan and netizen reactions
The video spread quickly, pulling in comments that ranged from affectionate to openly envious. "That's really his daughter," one user wrote. "When both parents can dance, of course the kid can too." Others noted the rarity of the footage: "A precious clip of Yang Hyun-suk teaching the moves himself" and "Dad being an entertainment CEO means you get to be friends with idols." Several comments landed on the same punchline: she probably didn't have to fight for a ticket either.
Yang Hyun-suk debuted in 1992 as a member of Seo Taiji and Boys, the group widely credited with reshaping Korean popular music. He went on to found YG Entertainment, launching Jinusean and then building the label into one of the country's biggest, with artists including 1TYM, Se7en, Lexy, Gummy, BIGBANG, 2NE1, and BLACKPINK on its roster. He married singer Lee Eun-ju, who is 12 years his junior, and the couple have a son and a daughter.
