YG Entertainment Plans Big Bang World Tour, New Albums From TREASURE and BABYMONSTER, and a Fresh Boy Group for Late 2026

YG Entertainment is charting an ambitious course for the second half of 2026, positioning itself to capitalize on a year already marked by major milestones. The influential K-pop label is celebrating three decades in the industry, and after showcasing its legacy in the first half of the year, highlighted by BLACKPINK's return and Big Bang's highly anticipated reunion performance at Coachella 2026, the label is turning its focus toward the future.

The centerpiece of YG's plans is Big Bang's world tour, set to roll out in the latter half of 2026. The tour represents a significant moment for the legendary group, reinforcing their enduring place in K-pop history and giving fans around the globe a chance to experience the icons live once again.

Meanwhile, YG's next-generation acts are primed for major moves. Both TREASURE and BABYMONSTER are scheduled to release new albums in the second half of 2026, with tour dates to follow. The releases come as both groups continue to build momentum in their respective careers, signaling YG's commitment to nurturing its roster of rising talent.

Perhaps most intriguingly, YG Entertainment is preparing to launch a new boy group later in the year. Yang Hyuk Suk, YG's head producer, is personally overseeing the project, which has already begun identifying trainees through the label's global audition initiatives and in-house training programs. While few details have been revealed about the group's concept or projected debut timeline, the move underscores YG's confidence in its pipeline of emerging artists.
