After a Decade of Crushing, Yoon Jong-hoon Proposes Marriage to Kim Suk, On Live TV
The comedian has been naming Kim Suk as his ideal type for 10 years straight, across multiple TV shows. When confronted on a recent episode, he doubled down with a cheeky marriage proposal that left everyone laughing.

Yoon Jong-hoon of the comedy duo Vivo has taken his long-running crush on Kim Suk to a new level, and she's not amused.
On a recent episode of the YouTube channel VivoTV, the hosts highlighted an unusual pattern: Yoon Jong-hoon has named Kim Suk as his ideal type not once, not twice, but twice on major broadcast TV shows. He first declared it on KBS2's "Rooftop Problem Children," then again on TV Chosun's "Huh Young-man's Table d'Hôte." When Song Eun-i, co-host of the VivoTV episode, caught wind of this, she decided to call him out on live video.

Kim Suk answered the phone expecting a pleasant chat. Instead, she came out swinging. "You're obsessing over me, and frankly, it's stressing me out," she said, her tone half-joking, half-serious. "Stop talking about me on TV."
But Yoon Jong-hoon had a comeback ready. "This has actually been going on for 10 years," he explained. "It started way back on 'Video Star' when I said that my ideal type is someone who thinks like you and has your creative perspective. Ever since then, every writer on every show I guest on asks me about it." Kim Suk's response? "Ten years? That's genuinely terrifying. Can you at least pretend to hate me instead?"
Then came the moment that made the whole conversation swing into absurd territory. "If it's been 10 years," Yoon Jong-hoon said with a grin, "shouldn't we just get married?"
Song Eun-i immediately called foul. "Wait, did you just propose?" Kim Suk, playing along, shot back: "Fine, let's date, but we'd probably break up multiple times after actually being together."
When Song Eun-i asked why he doesn't just drop the bit like other celebrities do, Yoon Jong-hoon claimed he'd tried. "I've said all the sincere stuff, but it all got edited out," he said. Kim Suk wasn't having it. "Stop lying and stop pretending it was just editing," she replied sharply. "You said it, it's out there. Own it."
Yoon Jong-hoon eventually cracked and admitted the truth: "I can't explain it. Something about you just catches my attention. I've become that obsessive guy." The confession landed as a laugh, but after a decade of saying the same thing on camera, it's hard to tell where the bit ends and the genuine interest begins.
