Reply 1994 and Penthouse Actor Yoon Jong-hoon Is Getting Married on November 1

His agency YK미디어플러스 confirmed on the 7th that Yoon Jong-hoon (42) and Han Eun-seo (32) will marry on November 1 at a private venue in Gangnam, Seoul. The couple first worked together on the 2018 SBS drama Return and have quietly maintained a relationship since.

A letter to the fans who heard it first

In the full letter, Yoon Jong-hoon was candid about the weight of the moment. "I spent a long time thinking about how to share this news," he wrote. "I usually write to my 'Barmi' fans at the end of every month, but this time it took a little longer." He described the relationship as one built on mutual care and understanding, and framed the wedding not as an ending but as a starting point: "After cherishing and understanding each other through all our efforts, we are ready to begin something new called marriage."

He also addressed what comes next for his career. "Going forward, I want to live with a greater sense of responsibility, as someone's husband, and as actor Yoon Jong-hoon," he wrote. The letter closed with a note of warmth toward his fans: "I've always said this, but I will keep working to be a better actor and a better person. I hope you'll smile with me and offer your blessings on this happy news."

Yoon Jong-hoon debuted in 2013 with the tvN drama Monstar and built a steady career across some of Korean television's most-watched series, including Reply 1994, Misaeng, Return, and all three seasons of Penthouse. He is currently starring in the KBS 1TV daily drama Our Happy Time.

Han Eun-seo, ten years his junior, has been working in Korean television since her 2008 debut in the KBS 2TV historical drama King Sejong the Great. Her credits include High Kick! The Revenge of the Short Legged, Ghost, Return, and Esquire: Lawyers Who Dream of Becoming Lawyers.

The wedding is set for November 1.
