Bruno Mars is heading back to South Korea. Live Nation Korea confirmed on the 27th that the pop superstar will perform four concerts at Goyang Sports Complex in Gyeonggi Province next May, his first Korean dates since a sold-out two-night run at Jamsil Olympic Stadium in 2023.

The shows are scheduled for May 21–22 and 25–26, 2027, under the title The Romantic Tour in Seoul. Four nights at a venue that holds roughly 40,000 people makes this the highest concert count at Goyang since Coldplay played six nights there last year, a useful benchmark for how seriously the market is taking Mars right now.

What brings him back

The tour itself launched in April 2026 behind The Romantic, Mars's first studio album in a decade. The lead single and the album both debuted at number one on the Billboard charts, a clean double that would have been hard to predict before the cycle started. Mars also hit a commercial peak with two high-profile collaborations: APT. with BLACKPINK's Rosé spent 19 weeks at number one on global charts outside the US and 12 weeks atop the Global 200, finishing as the world's best-selling single of 2025, and Die With a Smile with Lady Gaga reached one billion Spotify streams in record time and earned a Grammy. He has now collected 16 Grammy wins in total, alongside more than 150 million albums sold worldwide and 10 Billboard Hot 100 number-one singles.

The guest worth noting

Anderson .Paak, the Korean-American musician who forms the duo Silk Sonic with Mars, will appear as a special guest under his DJ alias DJ Pee .Wee. That pairing alone gives the Seoul dates a different energy from a standard solo tour stop.

Tickets go on sale exclusively through NOL. Artist and Live Nation presale opens September 11 from noon to 3 p.m. KST; general sale begins September 14 at noon KST. Four nights of 40,000-capacity seating means around 160,000 total tickets. Based on how fast Jamsil moved in 2023, the presale window on the 11th is the one to circle.
