Code Kunst's Dramatic Transformation: From 63kg to 70kg
Code Kunst's recent weight gain from 63kg to 70kg reflects a dedicated fitness journey, showcasing his impressive muscle definition. Fans are thrilled by his transformation and commitment to health.

On July 26, Code Kunst shared his latest photos on his social media, captioned, "Summer in Winter." The images featured his back as he focused on recording, striking attention with his well-defined latissimus dorsi and shoulder muscles.
Previously, in the MBC entertainment program I Live Alone, Code Kunst openly documented his journey to gain weight. He revealed that he had finally received compliments about gaining weight for the first time in his 34 years, moving his weight from 63kg to around 70kg.
Struggling with a naturally slim physique, Code Kunst expressed that gaining weight had always been his biggest challenge. He dedicated himself to rigorous weight training and an increased diet. With the guidance of former athlete Yoon Seong-bin, he amplified his workout intensity and adjusted his meals, opting for a higher caloric intake.
In the show, his protein-rich diet included chicken breast and sweet potatoes, complemented by larger meals of kalguksu (Korean knife-cut noodles) and tonkatsu after workouts. Yoon Seong-bin advised him, "If you move a lot, you need to eat a lot," a suggestion that Code Kunst took to heart, noting, "I used to eat just two bananas; now my portions have definitely increased."
His consistent workouts and dietary management have led to impressive changes in his physique. By the show's end, he mentioned, "I fluctuate between the 70kg range, and clothes that used to fit now feel a bit tight," expressing satisfaction with his progress.
The recent recording studio photos encapsulate this transformation well. Standing in front of the microphone, his exposed back showcased a strikingly altered physique, prompting fans to express their admiration with comments like, "Is that really Code Kunst?" and "He radiates health. It's definitely a body built on effort."
