Hearts2Hearts Land Spotify Closer Debut With an October Seoul Exclusive
Hearts2Hearts will headline Spotify Korea's inaugural Closer showcase on October 2 at Myunghwa Live Hall in Seoul. The show marks the first public performance of the Korean-language version of their Japanese debut track ICONIC HEART.

Hearts2Hearts are the first act picked to headline Spotify Korea's new Closer initiative, and they're not showing up empty-handed: the group will unveil the Korean-language version of ICONIC HEART live for the first time at the October 2 show.
The venue is Myunghwa Live Hall in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. SM Entertainment and Spotify confirmed the event on the 11th.
What Spotify Closer actually is
Spotify Closer is a new program designed to bridge the gap between rising Korean artists and their audiences, both in person and emotionally. The October 2 date is its first-ever event, which makes Hearts2Hearts the series' inaugural headliner.
Beyond the live performance, the night includes a candid talk session and an immersive experience space built around the group's creative world. Both the performance footage and the talk will be released globally through Spotify's video podcast platform afterward, so the reach extends well past whoever gets a ticket.
Three songs, 100 million streams each
The Closer booking isn't random. Hearts2Hearts recently crossed 100 million Spotify streams with their single RUDE!, making it the first song by a K-pop girl group released this year to hit that milestone on the platform. That gives them three tracks past the 100 million mark total, following The Chase and STYLE.
Han Jun-hyeok, head of Spotify Korea's music team, said the initiative aims to find artists with strong growth potential and open more ways for them to connect with fans directly.
Hearts2Hearts themselves framed it as an extension of something they already feel: "Through Spotify, we feel connected to listeners around the world through music and closer to our fans. We've prepared something special, and we can't wait for that moment of breathing together with them."
With ICONIC HEART's Korean version still under wraps, that moment is going to land with a bit more weight than a standard showcase.
