KATSEYE Pulled Detroit 30 Minutes Before Showtime, Then Megan's Concussion Cost Two More Dates
KATSEYE postponed their Chicago and Minneapolis WILDWORLD shows as Megan recovers from a concussion. Detroit was called off 30 minutes before the show. New dates will be announced soon.

KATSEYE announced on the 6th that they are postponing their Chicago and Minneapolis shows because Megan is recovering from a concussion. It is the third stop on the North American leg of the WILDWORLD world tour to be hit, after the Detroit show was called off just 30 minutes before it was due to start.
In a statement on the group's official social media, the team said: "Megan is recovering from a concussion, so we have decided to postpone the Chicago and Minneapolis shows. We are so sorry to disappoint our fans." They added that they know how long fans have looked forward to these concerts, and that many travelled long distances to attend. The apology was repeated.
The postponed dates are the United Center in Chicago on the 5th (local time) and the Target Center in Minneapolis on the 7th. The Detroit show at Little Caesars Arena on the 3rd was postponed for the same reason, with the call made half an hour before the performance.
The group says rescheduled dates will be announced as soon as possible, and that they look forward to seeing fans in both cities again. They closed by thanking fans for their continued love, support and understanding.

A concussion?! That sounds like it must be pretty serious.

A concussion... I hope she makes a full recovery.

Megan, oh no.

Did she fall? Was it a sudden concussion?
- 7
A concussion?! Did she fall or something?
- 8
It looks like she fell during practice just beforehand, which explains why they said 30 minutes earlier that they couldn't go on. I hope she gets better soon.
- 9
At this rate she shouldn't even be touring.
- 10
They should be cancelling their whole schedule at this point.
- 11
Honestly, shouldn't every remaining tour date be cancelled by now?
- 12
Seriously, just cancel the tour already.
- 13
Cancelling the tour isn't really an option at this point. She needs to rest and recover.
- 14
She had a concussion, and yet so many comments tried to paint it as a lack of perseverance or passion. LOL, sigh.
