KickFlip cried through their acceptance speech on M Countdown on the 15th, the first time the group had ever won on the show, and Keonhee was standing there as one of its MCs. It was the second of three music show trophies in as many days, all earned with the double title tracks from their new mini album KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1.

The run started on the 14th, when "Kick Off The Wall (Feat. iann dior)" took first place on MBC M and MBC every1's Show Champion. The 15th brought the M Countdown win on the same song. On the 16th, the group switched to the other title track, "Incomplete" ("미완성"), and topped KBS2's Music Bank.

That last win adds to a streak on terrestrial music shows. KickFlip had already won Music Bank with "A Song I've Never Sung Before" and with "I Want to Be an Eyesore," their first comeback track of 2026, so "Incomplete" makes it three different songs that have taken the group to the top there.

Two title tracks, two moods

The two songs pull in opposite directions. "Incomplete" leans on a calm, early-morning autumn feeling, while "Kick Off The Wall" is the louder of the pair, built around dynamic performance and a declaration of ambition for youth, in keeping with the album's wall-kicking title. Seeing both of them win in the same week suggests the group has room to move between a quiet register and a high-energy one without losing its audience.

The members also took part in working on every track on the album, including both title songs, and the record is framed around their own story of growing up.

A career-best first week

The album, released on the 6th, sold 532,434 copies in its first week on Hanteo Chart, a new personal best for the group. It also ranked first on Hanteo's weekly album chart and on Circle Chart's weekly retail album chart and weekly album chart.

The group is now in the second week of its comeback activities, so there may be more promotion ahead. For now, the numbers and the trophies point the same way.
