Super Junior's Shindong was spotted at BlizzCon in Anaheim, California on the 12th, looking noticeably slimmer while working through a plate of pizza and a burger, which is exactly the kind of detail that tends to travel.

Posting several photos from the event, Shindong wrote: "Sleep, eat, sightsee, eat again. Fan activities in between. Came to BlizzCon and already making the most of the first day!" The caption's casual tone matched the photos themselves: Shindong in a black T-shirt and denim, wandering the convention floor among gaming fans with no visible effort to look like someone who had recently lost 37 kilograms.

What the weight loss actually took

That number is worth pausing on. Shindong has previously explained that he initially tried Wegovy, the GLP-1 weight-loss medication that has become a go-to for rapid results, but stopped after seeing no change. What followed was a more methodical overhaul of his daily habits, and over five months he lost 37kg through lifestyle changes alone.

The BlizzCon photos are the first widely circulated look at where that effort has landed. A sharper jawline and a leaner silhouette come through clearly, and the fact that he is eating freely at a gaming convention rather than visibly managing his intake gives the images a different weight than a gym selfie would.

Maintaining significant weight loss is statistically harder than achieving it, so Shindong clearing five months post-loss while traveling internationally and eating convention food is the early indicator that the lifestyle shift is holding. Whether it continues is the question worth watching, but the current evidence points in one direction.
