CORTIS took the Padang Stage at the F1 Singapore Grand Prix on the 9th and, for fifty straight minutes, gave roughly 60,000 people a reason to care about the concert lineup as much as the race. The Big Hit Music group was the only K-pop act on this year's festival roster, a distinction that clearly wasn't lost on the crowd at Marina Bay Street Circuit.

Opening with "TNT", the set moved through 15 tracks without a break, hitting fan favorites "REDRED" and "GO!" along the way, plus the genre-blending "FaSHioN". The staging had a motor-racing edge to it: the members wore custom styling that drew on racing culture, including a T-shirt designed as a nod to the legendary 20th-century Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna. It was the kind of wardrobe detail that reads as a genuine gesture toward the event rather than a last-minute costume choice.

For CORTIS, this was also a first. The members visited Singapore for the very first time since their debut, and they marked the moment simply: "We're so grateful that so many COREUs [their fandom name] came out to be with us. It really is a beautiful city."

Backstage with the F1 champion

Before the set, the group got a different kind of access altogether. Through their ongoing global partnership with Red Bull, CORTIS were invited into the paddock, the restricted area reserved for drivers and race personnel, where they met Oracle Red Bull Racing's Max Verstappen. The four-time world champion stopped to greet them, and the brief exchange quickly became one of the more talked-about moments from the Singapore weekend across fan communities.

What's next in Singapore

The group isn't done with Singapore just yet. An official CORTIS pop-up store is open at Plaza Singapura in the city center through the 25th, giving fans who missed the concert another reason to make the trip.
