Eric Nam Returns With 9-Track Album After Finishing Third on The Traitors
Eric Nam releases his fourth full album, Confessions of a Lonely Heart, on the 16th at 1 p.m. KST. He wrote every track, and it arrives after a busy year in U.S. TV, film and fashion.

Eric Nam's fourth full-length album, Confessions of a Lonely Heart, arrives on the 16th at 1 p.m. KST on all major streaming platforms, with "Psycho" as the title track. It is his first full album in about a year, and it follows a stretch in which he finished third on Peacock's The Traitors Season 4.
The nine-track record is built around love and loneliness, and it moves through obsession, regret and self-blame before settling on acceptance and hope. Nam has framed it around a very modern contradiction: wanting to be loved while being afraid of letting anyone get close. The album draws on experiences and emotions from the past few years, and he took part in writing and composing every song.
A run of pre-release singles
Fans have had a preview. This year Nam released "How the Fire Started," "Miss Me More" and "Someday" one after another, and listeners responded warmly. With the title track now confirmed as "Psycho," attention turns to how far the full album pushes his songwriting beyond those singles.

The year that led up to it
Before the comeback, Nam moved between the U.S. and Korea. Beyond his Traitors finish, he appeared as a special guest on the America's Got Talent Season 21 semifinal results show, working alongside host Terry Crews. He also attended the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards and New York Fashion Week for the Spring/Summer 2027 season, and performed in the "Spotlight: Eric Nam" show at the Clive Davis Theater at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles.
The screen work is expanding too. Nam is confirmed as a voice actor in the animated film Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender and as a cast member in the K-pop film KPop: The Debut. More recently he appeared at the Art Forest Festival with Background Live and walked the red carpet at the opening ceremony of the 31st Busan International Film Festival.
A new label, a return to the day job
Nam has also signed an exclusive contract with all my anecdotes, a newly founded entertainment company, which makes this album the start of a new chapter as well as a comeback. After a year spent across television, fashion and film, he is going back to what he calls his main job as a singer-songwriter, and the album is where he lays out that more personal side.
