ICHILLIN' Juni Kept Her Six-Pack Through a Full Mukbang and the Internet Broke

ICHILLIN' member Juni ate durian, pork skin, lamb chops, and beef tripe on camera, sat down, ate more, and walked away with a six-pack that looked like it had been digitally added in post. It had not.

The footage comes from the 15th, when the YouTube channel Hada Hada Unit까지 Handa posted a video featuring ICHILLIN' members Eji, Juni, and Yeju visiting Daelim-dong to test their credentials as potential Chinese internet celebrities. The premise was simple: eat a variety of foods in front of a camera and see who could pull it off. Juni pulled it off too well. Wearing a cropped T-shirt and denim, she kept a sharply defined set of abs through every course, seated and standing, before and after eating, without any visible effort to hold her stomach in.

Her fellow members clocked it in real time. "Wow, those abs are insane. I'm jealous. You ate all of that and still have abs like that?" one said on camera. Another added, "She ate all of that and the abs are still fully there." Genuine surprise, which is its own kind of compliment.

The internet's verdict

Clips and GIFs spread fast across Korean online communities and social media. The consensus framing was swift: geunsujeodol, roughly "silver-spoon muscle idol" or someone born with a naturally elite physique. Comments ranged from "tiny waist with a full six-pack, never seen that before" to "the national sports training center lost a real talent" to the more direct "I watched the whole video and genuinely only noticed her abs." A video from the 8th, where Juni visited Dongmyo, had already surfaced her midsection once before, so this was less a discovery than a confirmation.

Who Juni is

Born in 2002, Juni debuted in 2021 as a member of the seven-piece girl group ICHILLIN', alongside Eji, Jackie, Chaerin, Sohee, Yeju, and Chowon. The group has moved through a range of concepts across singles including GOT'CHA, FRESH, PLAYBACK, Alarm, and BITE ME.

More recently, Eji, Juni, and Yeju formed ICHILLIN' J, the group's first three-member sub-unit, and released their debut digital single Look At Me!. The YouTube channel behind the viral video is part of that sub-unit's ongoing content push. The abs were presumably not the planned marketing angle, but they are doing the job regardless.
