BLACKPINK's JISOO Drops Three Teasers in Three Days Before ADDICTED on the 30th

BLACKPINK's JISOO spent three straight days, the 24th through the 26th, rolling out a logo film, a teaser image and a teaser video for ADDICTED, and the song arrives on the 30th at 8 a.m. KST. It is the second pre-release single from her first full-length album, following last month's "CLICK."

All three teasers went up on the official social accounts of her agency, BLISSOO, one step at a time.

A darker palette than CLICK

The logo film came first: a dark purple sky split by heart-shaped lightning, with the title in dimensional violet lettering. The look is dreamy but has some bite to it.

The teaser image followed. JISOO hides behind a curtain lightly dusted with sparkle, in full bangs and black nails. The styling is restrained, and it suits the mysterious, slightly sultry image she has built.

First taste of the sound and the choreography

The teaser video is where the song itself first appeared. A short section of the track and a slice of the performance are visible, with JISOO's vocal and her controlled movement carrying the clip. Nothing about the full choreography is clear yet, but it is enough to see the direction.

The contrast with "CLICK" is the point. That song was about a natural, magnetic pull between two people, and ADDICTED is billed as another concept change. Given how different the visual language already looks, it reads as a deliberate attempt to show a new side of her with each release on the way to the album.
