Chu Young-woo and Kim So-hyun Are Dating in Love Doctor, and Episode 7 Adds a Rival

ENA released new stills on the 26th for episode 7 of Love Doctor, and they center on Kim Se-jin (Lim Jin-hyo), who appears to be getting between the show's central couple. The Monday-Tuesday drama airs the episode at 10 p.m. the same night.

The timing fits a pattern in weekly romances: once the leads get together, the plot needs outside pressure to keep the story moving. Park Min-jae (Chu Young-woo) and Im Yu-jin (Kim So-hyun) have now started dating in earnest. The early episodes of that stage have mixed sweet moments with small quarrels and shifts in mood from day to day. Yu-jin has also come face to face with Min-jae's mother, Hong Eun-ju (Shim Hye-jin), one of several unexpected variables the pair are beginning to run into.

What the new stills show

In the first image, Min-jae and Se-jin share a tense moment. Se-jin holds his head and rolls his eyes, his expression plainly conflicted, while Min-jae looks at him with a serious gaze. Se-jin seems to be wrestling with a heavy problem, though the stills do not say what it is.

The second image pairs Se-jin with Yu-jin. The two look at each other with cool, indifferent eyes, and the stills capture a subtle standoff. The production describes them as a duo who bicker whenever they meet, so the question is what has happened this time.

Love Doctor is directed by Ahn Pan-seok and written by Min Hyo-jung. KT Studio Genie planned the series and Studio GOTI produced it. Episode 7 airs on ENA tonight, the 26th, at 10 p.m.
