NCT WISH Drops 4th Mini Album I SPY in October After 3 Consecutive Million-Sellers
NCT WISH will release their fourth mini album I SPY on October 12, SM Entertainment confirmed. The six-track project arrives roughly six months after their full-length debut Ode to Love, which made them three-time million-sellers.

NCT WISH will release their fourth mini album, I SPY, on October 12, SM Entertainment announced on the 14th. The six-track record comes about six months after the group's first full-length album, Ode to Love, which dropped in April.
The comeback follows a significant run of commercial momentum on both sides of the Korea-Japan market. Ode to Love made NCT WISH three-consecutive-release million-sellers, while their July Japanese single Yoi Don! / Boy Meets Girl earned a Double Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan, marking shipments of over 500,000 copies. For a group that only debuted in 2024, the trajectory has been steep.
What to expect from I SPY
The mini album includes a title track sharing the name I SPY, alongside five additional songs. According to SM, the record explores themes of growth told through a range of emotional textures, which suggests the group is building on the coming-of-age thread that has run through much of their earlier work.
To mark the announcement, NCT WISH released a trailer at midnight on the 14th via their official YouTube channel. Titled Confused Boy, the clip introduces a new digital universe called WISH LAND and follows the members navigating the disorienting rush of an unfamiliar feeling. The visual sets a tone that is warmer and more wide-eyed than some of their recent Japan-market releases, and it gives a clear hint at where the album's emotional center might sit.
I SPY arrives October 12.
