RIIZE Announces Second Full Album for Spring 2027, Prologue Single Drops Oct. 26

At the close of their two-day anniversary fan meeting in Incheon, RIIZE dropped a surprise video announcement that stopped the room: their second full-length album is coming in spring 2027, with a prologue single arriving on October 26.

The reveal came at the tail end of Ch. RIIZE: ON AIR, the group's 3rd debut anniversary fan meeting held on the 12th and 13th at Inspire Arena in Incheon. The venue was configured in full 360-degree seating, and both nights sold out, drawing roughly 23,000 fans across the two days.

What the October single sets up

The October 26 prologue single isn't a standalone drop, SM Entertainment describes it as a narrative bridge into the second album, with tight activity planned through year-end to build momentum before the full release. The label has positioned RIIZE's sound around what they call "Emotional Pop" since debut, and the second album is expected to mark a more deliberate step in that musical identity.

On stage, the members performed a set that included fan favorites Get A Guitar, Do Your Dance, and Fly Up, alongside individual solo stages. They closed with encore track One Kiss, which gave the evening a warmer, more intimate end before the album news hit.

What the members said

RIIZE addressed BRIIZE, their fandom name, with a sentiment that landed harder given the timing: "The longer it goes, the more we feel how much the connection between us matters. It's already been three years, but in another sense it's only three years. There's so much we're looking forward to doing together." They added, half-joking and half-sincere, that they hoped to keep going until the 300th anniversary.

Three years is a meaningful marker for any fourth-generation group, and RIIZE has navigated that stretch with enough consistency to fill an arena on both nights. The spring album, and the October single that precedes it, will be the clearest test yet of where they're taking that foundation.
