QWER Announce 'ROCKATION: ROCKET LAUNCH!!' Tour Across Asia as They Hit 1000 Days Since Debut
QWER have announced their second Asia tour, 'ROCKATION: ROCKET LAUNCH!!', kicking off September 12-13 in Seoul and spanning nine cities across the continent. The announcement comes just after the band hit their 1000th day since debut and headlined the main stage at the 2026 Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival.

Three years ago, QWER played the third stage at the Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival. This past July 31st, they closed the main stage. That arc, steady and earned, is the best way to understand why the band's second Asia tour feels like more than a booking announcement.

QWER have confirmed ROCKATION: ROCKET LAUNCH!!, their second Asia tour, opening September 12 and 13 at Korea University's Hwajung Gymnasium in Seoul. From there, the tour moves through Taipei, Fukuoka, Osaka, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Singapore, covering nine cities across Asia. The name captures the band's stated ambition: to stamp their music on a wider world, launching outward like a rocket.
The timing is deliberate. QWER recently crossed their 1000th day since debut, having released their first single Harmony from Discord on October 18, 2023. In the roughly two and a half years since, they have built a discography that holds up across a festival set: at Pentaport, they played SHOW DOWN (their Japanese debut track, released in partnership with Warner Music Japan and used as the opening theme for the anime Tomb Raider King), alongside Earth Conquest, Fake Idol, PIONEER, OVERDRIVE, BAD HABIT, Holding Back Tears, Our Voyage, and Go Min Jung-dok. It's a setlist that moves from their earliest material to their most recent, and the crowd's response confirmed that the catalog has enough range to hold a main stage.
The band's growth has been almost unusually legible. Pentaport's three-stage progression, one rung per year, is the kind of trajectory that's rare enough to notice. Alongside that festival climb, hits like Discord, My Name Is Clear, and CEREMONY established QWER firmly in the current wave of Korean bands finding real audiences outside the idol-pop lane.
In a statement released through their label, 3Y Corporation, the members said the 1000 days of growth had been possible because of their fanbase, Bawige (which translates loosely as "rock crab"), adding that they intended to repay that loyalty with honest stages rather than words. It reads like something the band actually means, which, after watching them work their way up three stages at the same festival, is easy enough to believe.
